This one seems more up my alley: What does this picture mean?

well the greyed out picture on the left looks like an almost sideways Europe. In a weird way.

(Baseball in) Europe, negative number sequence (well, -10, 9-1), big 5, 22 inside.

I can't help thinking it has something to do with Europe's hit single, "The Final Countdown." It would be perfect if the song was 5 minutes and 22 seconds. Alas, it is 5 minutes and 11 seconds.

I can incomplete-guess that if you want:
Europe + hit (single) + countdown + 5(22)
It would be best to figure out the 5/22 part means. Seems like it was released in May '86...

The top songs for 1986 (according to Billboard's charts)
UK:
"Don't Leave Me This Way" --The Communards
In the US, for the month of May there were 3 songs
"Addicted to Love" Robert palmer "West End Girls" pet Shop Boys "Greatest Love of All" Whitney Houston
I coudln't find a monthly breakdown for Europe...

Yeah, the album the Final Countdown was released on May 26, 1986, which was 22 years ago, today.
I think I'll submit that, see how it goes.
Edit: But, like always, we should keep trying.

In retrospect, we might have gotten closer had the - in front of the countdown been much bigger.
